The front desk got its time back
Guest concierge agent
The business and its pressure
An independent hotel and spa in Greece built its reputation on personal service. Every season brought the same squeeze. Guests expected to be known and remembered, but guest insight sat scattered across systems, and the front desk spent its best hours answering the same routine questions instead of hosting the people in front of them.
What we built together
A guest concierge agent that covers the whole stay, from pre-arrival questions to post-stay follow-up. It answers routine requests instantly in natural language, recognizes returning guests, and gives staff context-aware suggestions so every interaction starts warm. It works with the systems the hotel already runs, always through a human lens.
What changed
Routine conversations moved off the front desk. Staff got their time back for the guests in front of them. Service flows with fewer interruptions, guests arrive better known, and the relationships that bring people back get the attention they deserve.
Hospitality has always been about people, not systems.
