Reps walk in prepared and walk out done
Sales visit agent
The business and its pressure
A global manufacturer based in Europe runs its growth on face-to-face customer visits. Before each one, reps pieced together their own briefing from scattered records, past orders and half-remembered conversations. After each one, the write-up waited until the evening, or never happened at all. The company's best sellers were spending their energy on preparation and paperwork instead of on customers.
What we built together
A sales visit agent that works around the visit itself. Before the meeting it briefs the rep on the account, open topics and recent history, and answers follow-up questions in plain language. After the meeting the rep records a short voice memo, and the agent turns it into structured CRM records, next steps included. Reps review and confirm, so every record stays theirs.
What changed
Reps walk into every visit already knowing the story. The debrief happens on the drive back instead of at the kitchen table. Customer records stay current because updating them takes a voice memo, not an evening. Managers see what is happening in the field while it is still happening.
